50% of the more than 100 companies responding to AOA’s Market Outlook Survey for 2010 see an improvement in profits in 2010. 60% of companies with water-based services see improvement in reservations. 47% of guest ranches and land-based tour companies see improvement compared to this time last year. 55% of companies responding report their number one risk management concern is “aging customers or less physically fit customers who may present increased risks for my business”.
